Return & Exchange Policy

At Everyday Enjoyment, our primary goal is for you to be completely delighted with your purchase and the quality it brings to your daily moments. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or fit your space as envisioned. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring a resolution that respects both your experience and our operational integrity.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition. This means it must be free of any stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. We request that you initiate your return within 30 days from the date you received the item. This period allows you a reasonable time to evaluate your purchase while enabling us to manage our inventory effectively. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions, or for items that are final sale, which will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our online Returns Center to ensure proper processing and tracking. To begin, please visit the Returns section of our website. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Our system will guide you through selecting the items you wish to return and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange). Upon authorization, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions via email. We require that all returns be sent using this provided label to ensure they are correctly routed to our returns facility. Returns sent independently or without an authorization may experience significant delays or may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The fee for the prepaid return label will be automatically deducted from your refund total. If you are requesting an exchange, return shipping fees still apply, and you will be responsible for any additional charges if the new item has a higher price. We strongly recommend using the provided label and retaining your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed, as Everyday Enjoyment is not liable for packages lost in transit during the return journey.

Refunds

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our dedicated team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our resalable condition standards. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival. Upon approval, we will immediately process your refund to the original method of payment used for the order. Please note that the original cost of shipping charged on your order is non-refundable for returns not due to our error. While we process refunds promptly, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted by your bank or credit card company, usually within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please select the exchange option in our Returns Center. The process follows the same steps as a return. Please be aware that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund. You will be charged for any price difference on the new item, plus any applicable shipping fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is paramount. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label at our expense. Upon receipt of the faulty or incorrect item, we will prioritize sending a replacement if available, or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges. We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly and improve our processes.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain personalized or intimate items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This category typically includes, but is not limited to, items such as earrings, customized goods, and select wellness products. Clear indications will be provided on the relevant product pages.
